PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
With the hot, dry summer–reminiscent of my childhood memories–now in the rear view mirror, we can look forward to another great year at MES. Indeed we have been working to get things ready and registering more new students on a daily basis. This is very exciting for us as we continue to grow and school classroom space has become a premium over the last few years. It is very clear that Mitchell is a desirable place to move to and raise a family. With that in mind, we feel privileged to be a part of this school and community and can hardly wait to see our new students at “Meet the Teacher”. Indeed, Mitchell Elementary is a “Great Place to Grow!”
I would like to welcome back all returning students and look forward to meeting all new students as they begin their educational journey at MES. Also, I welcome our new staff: Ms. Heidi Buhler, Ms. Tamara Banman, and Ms. Tara Klassen.
